    1. Vladimir Gromadin says:

      It’s inside the archive :)

  2. Elton says:

    Great article.
How do I mount ISO files in Tru64?
I have ‘disk.vdisk’ in DKA0 which contains the Tru64 system and in DKA100 I have an ISO file of a Data CD (non-bootable, just some files I want to open from Tru64, Open Genera 2 actually ;) .
Which of the devices in Tru64 is the DKA100?

    1. Vladimir Gromadin says:

Inside a “hptru64unix.cfg” file there’re sections for DKA200 and DKA300; you may edit them. :)

DKA100 is the main disk — file “disk.vdisk”

      1. Elton says:

Sorry, but I think you didn’t get my question or I didn’t get your answer!
I want to know which file in /dev or /dev/disk inside the Tru64 system, represents the DKA100 of the emulator?
And if I have an ISO file in DKA100, how do I mount it in Tru64?

        1. Vladimir Gromadin says:

Sorry for misunderstanding.. /dev/rz1, as I know.

And here are instructions for mounting

  3. Gabriel says:

    thanks

  4. MICHELE says:

    Dear friend.

Do you know if it is possible to run graphic desktop environment on this emulator?
For example by using an X-server for Windows like Xming or other.

    Let’s me know, plase.

    Have a nice day|

    1. Vladimir Gromadin says:

      As far as I know, it’s impossible…

      1. Elton says:

        Hello again!
Can’t it be done at all?
Can’t we run xorg in personal-alpha without display and redirect the display to the host machine, or read the display information from the host machine?

        1. Elton says:

P.S.: My purpose is to run Open Genera 2 so I want to know if that is possible and if you can help me?

  5. Rafael says:

    si levanta en “single mode”
    actualizar la fecha con:
    #date mmddhhmm (mm-month dd-day hh-hour mm-minute)

    boot -fl 0,A dka0

  6. John says:

Hello, does it come with licenses already in it ? Thanks

  7. 0x000008F says:

How do you use the install media? You know, the ones that say Disk1, Disk2…

  8. Thomas says:

Would somebody please reveal how to import data into the emulated OS?
I have configued an ISO file as DKA100.
mount /dev/dsk0b /mnt and similar attempts just say
    Device busy.
    /dev/rz1 does not exist
The link mentioned above does not contain any mount instructions.
