I wasn’t able to get this one to boot into its GUI– it seemed stuck in DOS mode.

Which VMware version do you use?.. I’ve tried it in 6.5.3 right now and all seems to be fully functional. Just type win, as usual for Windows shells..

I’m using VMWare player v. 2.5.3, which was the newest one on the VMWare site. You mean, type “win” into the DOS prompt?

hello,
it runs in virtual box v4.0.6 – but takes 53% ram from my mac
then transformed it in a simple folder to start it with dosbox v0.74 – freezes after start – any idea? other dos version necessary?
