There’re also some different bugs in different cases; I think it’s a problem of VirtualPC, because it’s a clean installation of Windows 3.11…
Just building a internet site and have some images that will need resizing. I do not want to use the MS image editor that now would seem to be part of the MS Office package under the regime on my new Windows 7 laptop or computer – so wonder if anybody knows of a uncomplicated non-MS instrument for re-jigging images ?!?
Hey vlad this has quite a error. when I launch windows it jumps up and tells me progman has thrown an exemption with user.exe
I know this is possible to fix but thought I would let you know
